Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Sonya received a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development with a minor in Business Administration from The University of Arizona.  Following graduation, she returned to Florida where her family has owned and developed real estate since the 1920s.

Sonya has worked in commercial real estate for several years, dealing in both the public and private sectors, and has hands on experience in the South Florida business market. 

Sonya is able to understand the needs of both buyer and seller as a result of her excellent listening, communication, and negotiating skills.  She has the ability to analyze what to do to overcome obstacles in order to advance and close a transaction.  Sonya demonstrates a level of integrity, professionalism and maturity that goes far beyond her age.
